You will be able to move through the content at your own pace. We recommend dedicating 4-5 hours per week, for 6 weeks, to fully engage with the program.
Our Blog, Articles, and Resources are created as free tools for our community at large. The Open to Work Circle is action oriented with key milestones to track your progress and a small group cohort to support each other along the way.
No, there are no acceptance requirements - this program is open to all mid-career and senior women and allies looking to land their next role. Previous participants are ineligible to take the program again, but we offer 1:1 sessions. Check the Lady Bird Talent website for more details.
While we can't guarantee a job offer, we know that you'll come away from the program with the tools and knowledge necessary to apply more confidently.
No, due to the quick timeline of the program, we do not offer a payment plan.
We do not offer a formal scholarship program, but we've had women in the program get their costs sponsored by mentors or family members. If you have a sponsor willing to cover your costs, let us know and we can arrange a payment link.
Absolutely! We encourage sponsors to invest in the professional development of their mentees. Let us know if you want us to invoice you.
